When checking MX Tool Box for our Client’s DKIM / DMARC records they do not appear to be pointing correctly (Network Tools: DNS,IP,Email). However, in our Client’s cloudflare the records are appearing. As well, in his cloudflare his TXT files are showing errored and we are not sure how to resolve.
selector2._domainkey doesn’t resolve at Microsoft into a TXT record. This is quite common when setting up MS365, if you rotate the domainkeys in your Microsoft account it usually fixes it.
