Copyright Infringement Notice under DMCA Act

Hi there,

we’ve received multiple notices for copyright stuff.
Cloudflare does send us the real IP used… the issue is, that IP is unused on our end since 1,5 years.

We did checked our network to exclude that there isn’t any malware hosting something but the firewall shows that Cloudflare IP’s are attempting to connect but all of them get rejected by the firewall.

I wrote already back to [email protected] we receive more details which is unresponded since 2 weeks. Any idea how to proceed here?

Hey there, unfortunately that has to do with Trust & Safety, which is something nobody here can do anything about, nor has any insight.

Even staff here can’t do anything, unfortunately. You can only wait :frowning:
