Hi, the cookie __cf_bm is still on my website even though I dont use Cloudflare anymore. Why, and how do I remove it? Thanks
Well… this is annoying
The __cf_bm
cookie is used by Bot Management and Bot Fight Mode. It has an expiration of 30 minutes. If you’re not using Cloudflare any more, you can delete it from your browser and it shouldn’t reappear, as it is set directly by Cloudflare.
Thank you very much. The cookie __cf_bm appears only when I attach an Vimeo video for some reason. Otherwise there is no cookie. Only when I add an vimeo video. I tried to delete all cookies in my browser but the cookie is still there on the page with the Vimeo video. Do you have any idea what it can be? Thanks again
This seems to happen because Vimeo is using Cloudflare and their own __cf_bm
cookie is being set for vimeo.com
and player.vimeo.com
- not sure if there’s a way you can stop this happening.
Wow, there it is. Thank you!
