ConvertKit RSS bot being blocked, now I can't automatically send out new posts

What is the issue you’re encountering

The RSS bot my email service provider is using to pull new posts to email is being blocked.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried IP allow rules with my hoster and on cloudflare and exempting the bot, nothing worked
