5 days guys. 5 days!!! I can’t resolve this with a ticket. I can’t add the domain to cloudflare. Why do I HAVE TO WAIT FOR5 days because the old owner of the domain has an unpaid balance about this domain!

Turns our the old owner of this domain didnt paid his balance to cloudflare and now I am not able to add this domain any how. What a shame! Is this the way to handle? I am waiting for cloudflare to be able to contact the old owner, and I am curious what they will be able to do with him? OMG
