Can I use Polish option without any proxy enabled? I want to convert images to WebP and I see I need to upgrade to Pro for this, I think. So I want to be sure it will work without any Proxy enabled.

To utilize Cloudflare’s Polish feature for image optimization, it is necessary to have Cloudflare’s proxy (CDN) enabled. Polish works by intercepting requests for images and serving optimized versions, such as converting images to WebP format.

Without the Cloudflare proxy enabled, requests for images bypass Cloudflare’s optimization capabilities, and therefore, Polish cannot optimize them.

If you’re looking to optimize images and specifically convert them to WebP format, you would need to consider enabling Cloudflare’s proxy (CDN) services. This setup allows Cloudflare to optimize images and deliver them more efficiently across its global network.

What DNS proxy do I need to have enabled? A, CNAME…?

If I enabled the CNAME my website is down, because it is pointing from another domain provider. Is it enough with enable A record?
