There is this site that is on Hosted Partner set up (using CNAMEs on DNS) and trying to use the “convert” button on the DNS dashboard within Cloudflare but seems to be not working. Is there anyone having the same issue and how did you able to resolve it?
What partner? Can you share a screenshot of the screen in question?
Having the same issue, the partner is Bluehost; clicking the Convert button does nothing besides change the page URL from /dns to /dns/convert-zone but nothing actually happens, see below
