Continuous Errors when trying to change to Annually

I found myself in a continuous loop of no real support for something that all I want to do is give them more money :upside_down_face:

I have been trying to update my account to be annually charged but always getting errors and I should try again. I have tried multiple time without luck and tired of not being able to speak or communicate with a human to get resolved. I was never offered to submit a ticket and kept going in circles. Sorry - Frustrated.

I am hoping a human from Cloudflare will respond and update my account to ANNUAL PAYMENT.

You should be able to create a billing ticket from the dashboard
