Continued email deliverability issues

I have started to see frequently email deliverability issues with mail going through my Cloudflare proxied service. I do not have this issue with mail going through my hosting provider (Hostgator). I do have DKIM , SPF and DMARC configures correctly on both ends. Here is an example of one error (with email addresses removed). I’ve been receiving these error with multiple receivers not just one domain. It happens with multiple domains to different people.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

host eig-east.smtp.a.cloudfilter.net [3.228.35.199]

Cloudflare does not provide any SMTP relay or similar outbound email related services.

So I’m wondering, what makes you believe it is a Cloudflare issue?

The output you are providing, … claims that Hostgator says that the next recipient (e.g. CloudFILTER, NOT CloudFLARE) is rejecting your message.

Alone Googling this error (in quotes), brings up several HostGator related threads on e.g. Reddit and others, for example:

HostGator outgoing email is broken

All outgoing email being blocked

@DarkDeviL Thank you. I did mistake cloudfilter with Cloudflare and was assuming that even with SPF and DKIM something was still causing my emails to show up as spam. In looking at the reddit sub you provided, I’ve actually had the same exact issue as the user posted even with sending mail from my cell phone on TMobile. And the host gator rep stating it was my IP and I arguing the same with them.

Guess I may be looking for a new host provider as well since the cause seems to point to Cloud Filter.

Thanks
