Contacting support to migrate domains from previous vendor

Our previous vendor holds the keys to our domain and we would like DNS access and to transfer authorization. What’s the best route to try to get this resolved?

The best option is to contact them and ask them for access.

Alternatively you’d have to set up the domain from scratch in a new account and change the nameservers to point there.

I’m unfortunately not getting a response back from previous vendor. Is there an avenue to validate directly with Cloudflare?

If you don’t own the account then support will not be able to assist you in gaining access to it.
