Give it 24 hours, though it’s the weekend so it may take a bit longer.

Tickets are prioritized by plan level and then date/time received. If you are on FREE it will take longer to get a response, but you will. If you decide to upgrade plans after submitting your ticket let me know so I can make sure that your ticket gets re-prioritized (should be automatic but better to make sure).
