The domain name is registered with Cloudflare & hosting is with Hostgator. We’ve set up the email with Google Workspace and regular emails are being sent and received OK. However, the emails that come via the contact form get sent to the Hostgator webmail account.
Is this “Hostgator webmail account” where you’re receing the contact form messages an @pageturnertours.com email address?
If not, please go to your WordPress dashboard (Settings → General) and/or WPForms plugin settings to configure the correct email address to receive admin notifications.
The Hostgator webmail account was set up as [email protected]. That’s the same email we used to set up Google Workspace which is what makes it particularly strange that emails to the same email address are going to two different inboxes.
While this shouldn’t matter since DNS normally queries from the root down, it is possible that the resolvers used by your webserver are obtaining the obsolete data from the Hostgator authoritative nameservers.
