What is the issue you’re encountering
I have canceled my Stream subscription. I had content in there which I was happy with being deleted. I have not deleted it beforehand. I get an email every day informing me that I still have content in the library and that it will be deleted on day X (ongoing for a month). If I want to access the content I need a new subscription. Where is the “I don’t care, stop messaging me, please delete the content”-button?
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I was not aware of this behavior and cloudflare does not offer any way of resolving this issue that does not involve paying for a subscription or waiting until the content is automatically deleted.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
- Get a stream subscription
- Upload a video
- Cancel the subscription
- Let the subscription expire.
- Suffer every day for a month for not deleting the content.
