Connectivy issues for games and their respective voice chat.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
On Friday, I decided to download and use WARP as my ISP is giving issues when it comes to the ping, it affects games like Genshin Impact, Fortnite, etc., and it helped solve the problem, but since Saturday it’s giving issues. I could not connect to one game (Honkai: Star Rail) unless I turned it off and now with Fortnite, while I can connect and play normally, it does not connect to voice chat (Friday I was able to).
So far I have done just some basic TS, like turning off Warp, restarting the computer and turning it back on again, resetting the encryption keys and all settings, and doing a clean installation.
It seems that Resetting all settings or doing a clean installation resolves the issue momentarily but it just comes back. I have WARP+ so I certainly didn’t expect this issue when the free version did fine on Friday.
I’m not tech-savvy but I can certainly help gather more information.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Get WARP or WARP+, connect to 1.1.1.1 with WARP, turn it off, and turn it on again for the problem to start.
