there is no Error Message, the Plugin just wont connect

I can,t Connect the WordPress Plug-In (LegalCockpit) with the API.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Generatet some new API Key´s, refreshes Cache, disabled chaching, wrote the Support from Legal Cockpit https://www.cockpit.legal/. The Support wrote that the Problem could be that my DNS went trough Cloudflare and its blocking. I just use the Free Plan for Cloudflare. Is it possible? And if Cloudflare is blocking the Connection, what do i need to let the API connect?
