What is the issue you’re encountering
When accessing websites proxied by Cloudflare from our network, the connection times out. Turning off Cloudflare proxy resolves the issue.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
- Tested proxy site access from different networks, works fine
- Disabled proxy in DNS, access is restored
- Enabled proxy in DNS, connection times out
- Checked IP reputation in Cloudflare radar, it is not listed
- Checked Security Analytics, Edge response “Not Mitigated”
- Other websites not under out management or control that experience the same time out error resolve to Cloudflare IP’s
