Connection timed out for domain but subdomain works

This is my DNS settings

debug-cf.kwapia.org and kwapia.org all targeted to the same destination debug-3zg.pages.dev. , debug-cf.kwapia.org works but kwapia.org is always timeout.

What I tried:
Waited more than 12 hours.
flushed my DNS record.
Set TTL to 1min.

But none of them works. What should I try next?
