We recently moved a domain from one Cloudflare account to another, which resulted in changing the cloudflare nameservers. At first we were getting Error 1000. I removed the A records (it ended up with duplicates for @ and www to two different IP addresses). I then added back the A records pointing to the IP from WPEngine for that domain. For most users, the site works ok. For some users that have visited the site in the past, they are getting a “Connection not private” error. How do we resolve this?
This is quite interesting. Have those users tried clearing the browser’s cache? Or using a different browser?
