I use ShippingEasy to manage shipping for my e-commerce, but if i use bot fight mode it disable shippingeasy bot to access my website, i added a waf custom rules using user agent equal to shippingeasy skip last and is ignoring it,

WAF custom rules cannot be used to bypass Bot Fight mode, see…

You will need to do one of…

  • use IP Access Rules to allow their IP addresses (under Tools in the WAF)
  • disable Bot Fight Mode
  • upgrade to a paid plan as Super Bot Fight Mode can be skipped using WAF custom rules

I use the first option i create 2 IP access rules for the 2 IPs I have for that bot. It is working, I hope they don’t change IP too often…
