When I connect my Cloudflare account with the Cloudflare app in their cPanel I am able see all of the DNS redirects etc, like my CNAME, MX and mailing. Though when I go back into my normal CF (Cloudfalre) dashboard, not through Helios, all of the DNS things are gone and are not there.
Would using the Cloudflare app on Helios Host and Cloudflare’s normal dashboard conflict?
Did you manage to get this resolved? There shouldn’t, in general, be a conflict. It may be that the cPanel plugin is expecting a partial setup (without changing the nameservers) so your DNS wouldn’t be hosted by Cloudflare. Perhaps check with your provider if you can set the plugin wi work with a full DNS setup.
