I connected my nameserver successfully from namecheap.
To my understanding, some DNS records should pop up…but mine are blank
i’m trying to add a “page rule” redirect but it’s not working and im not sure what to do:

Domain is set up but you have not configured DNS entries on Cloudflare.

what i understood was that some DNS records should have already popped up like here:
