Connected GA4 but get data from a domain that is not our own

I tried to work with Zaraz to load in our Google Analytics 4.

Now everything is working but we also get data in from a completely other domain in the USA that also uses Zaraz. Seems like a bug to me, but we are getting page views from this other website, which seems to me that i could be a backend issue from Zaraz, which would be very bad.

I already purged cache.

Anyone got any ideas on why this would be happening?
