Connect to the cloudflare server on my own host

I have a problem trying to connect my domain address to my cloudflare server from within my host. Writes that my domain is on the server and does not allow access
CLOUDFLARE ERROR : Sorry there was a problem activating cloudflare for this domain or the email address {redacted}, this is normally caused by the email address or domain name already existing on the cloudflare system.

Is this a partner host setup that connects your hosted site to Cloudflare?

If so, I’ve not seen this before, but it could be a limitation in how partners set up Cloudflare for customer domains. If you already have a Cloudflare account with that email address, it would fail if your host tries to set up another Cloudflare account with that same email address.

And if this is true, then you would have to change your account email address at either Cloudflare, or your host.
