Connect my custom account to Jira Service to be able to receive emails as tickets

Hi, I want to connect my custom account to Jira Service to be able to receive emails as tickets. I am using Cloudflare mail routing and I can’t find the POP, server and password details of my user.

Cloudflare mail only forwards mail to different addresses. It does not store emails.

Thanks, could I use POP from the initial server?

You can use POP at whatever server the email was forwarded to.
