Ok, so I was looking up the ICANN WHOIS information for archive.org and this was showing in the nameservers
I see 2 “secondary” Cloudflare nameservers, so does archive.org use Cloudflare?

Seems to me like yes.
This is only possible on a Enterprise plan.
