Confirm plan icon is deactivated

I have two domains under the free plan. The Confirm plan icon is deactivated for my third domain.

Can you post a picture of what you see?

I cannot attach a screen-shot. The icon is a very light blue instead of blue. When I click on the icon, nothing happens.

@user6802, sorry for the issue, I adjusted your permissions so that you can attach an image

Adjusting permissions doesn’t help because my email does not allow me to attached an image.
