Configuring my domain to Cargo.site

I’m making a website on cargo . site and am trying to add my custom domain that I got through Cloudflare. I don’t understand how to configure it. On Cargo’s site instructions it reads,

"To configure a top-level domain, like example . com, for use with a Cargo 2 site, set the domain to use only Cargo’s nameservers (be sure to remove any other nameserver records)

ns1 . cargo . site
ns2 . cargo . site"

there’s another option to let Cargo configure for me but has a disclaimer,

"If you own a domain that you’d like to use for your Cargo Site but don’t want to tinker with your DNS settings, we can configure it for you. This requires sharing your registrar account information with us. Note that, although we will be configuring the domain to lead to your Cargo site, we do not take over ownership of the domain itself, as this remains with your registrar.

“Pointing your domain to Cargo can have unwanted consequences for services that are already linked to the domain, like FTP and email. If you are worried about these, contact your domain host to make sure that the changes can be made to your domain’s DNS settings without making these services inaccessible.”

I’m not sure what to do and need some help.

Thank you in advance!

The Cloudflare Domain Registration Agreement states that you cannot change the nameservers:

6.1 Nameservers . Registrant agrees to use Cloudflare’s nameservers. REGISTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT IT MAY NOT CHANGE THE NAMESERVERS ON THE REGISTRAR SERVICES, AND THAT IT MUST TRANSFER TO A THIRD PARTY REGISTRAR IF IT WISHES TO CHANGE NAMESERVERS.

You’ll either need to use Cloudflare’s DNS and get a list of the required records from your host, or transfer your domain elsewhere to change the nameservers.
