What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I set the DNS configuration for my domain name using CNAME and @ as a root. However, I want to route through www.austinthapa.com as well, which I can’t seem to figure out. When I add A then it asks for a IPv4 address, where do I get that? I am sort of new to Cloudflare.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

You can add www as a CNAME as well. You should be able to make it the same as the @ entry.
