i’m not able to get access of my website from outside of my network

Hello,
I have a web server at home and I want my website to be able to go outside.
1- I have a domain name via a cloudflare registra
2- I have configured my server with let’s encrypt so that it has an ssl certificate
3- ports 80 and 443 work, because I can receive a certificate.
4- I also made a dns record A at my registra that points to my ipv4
5- the url link I took the one in the documentation so cloudflare, the username and password, it is the account of my registra and the generated key, it is an API token key.
I tried several things, but without success.
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
