Hello, CyberTipline information is required to set up CSAM on Cloudflare. When I enter the username you gave me, I get an error saying “too long”. Do you have a solution?

Hi,

Please make sure that you are using the correct “Reporting” credentials

@sufi I use the correct “Reporting” credentials. When entering this correct information via Cloudflare CSAM, it gives an error saying “too long” in the username input; This is not an error I get because the username is wrong. Cybertipline gave us a long username. This username is longer than the username input maxlength on the CSAM page. Thats the problem!
