Configure CSAM Scanning Tool

Can not configure CSAM scanning tool

Getting this error…

NCMEC credentials could not be validated. Please update and try again. (Code: 10024)

Has any one experienced the same issue?

I have seen this on a domain that had this option ON before the new rules about using credentials for automated reporting. It seems you can’t turn it off from the UI.

On a domain where I do want to have it enabled, the configuration works fine.
