Configuration of a subdomain

Good morning,

I’ve got a domain, and I need to add the subdomain to my Cloudflare configuration.
From the dns configuration of my provider (OVH) , I see that the name should be - notifiche.domainname.com - . But the field allows only to write - notifiche -.
Clearly it doesn’t work, and the documentation is not clear to me.
How I can fix this?

What set up are you referring to? Is it Full setup or Partial setup?

When you add notifiche in the zone domainname.com that creates a record of notifiche.domainname.com.
