nameservers updated but warning email comes and site doesnt get active on cloudflare

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

checked nameservers and waited almost 24 hours

As the email tells you, you need to login to you registrar and either disable DNSSEC or enable DNSSEC on Cloudflare and update the DS record (at your registrar) with the one provided by Cloudflare.

Did everything. it is already turned off.

It seems you did something just now, because I can now see that DNSSEC is disabled.

is it ?? im just changing things to make it work but still site is not active on cloudflare

There should be a button in the Cloudflare dashboard to check the nameservers again, did you try that?
