I need to know how to configure my Gmail account, so I can send emails with the email created in Email Routing. Is that possible??
No, that is not possible. Email Routing is only for receiving emails.
If you want to send emails, you first need to find an email service for this that allows you to use your own domain.

The Email Routing product is for receiving (e.g. inbound and forward) only.
It does not give you the opportunity to communicate with unverified email addresses.
It is technically possible, - but …
You need to find an external service that can take care of the sending the emails on your behalf, including making the proper set up in regards to email authentication (e.g. DKIM and SPF).
The alternative is the fully fledged solution with your custom domain, such as e.g. Google Workspace, if you insist on using Google’s services.
