Complicated Nameservers Question

I want to take the final step in setting up Cloudflare on my site. However, not being all that technical, I have a question that I’m hoping to get answered.

My domain has a separate registrar from my host. So inside my registrar account, the nameservers are pointed to my host.

How will changing the nameservers from the host to Cloudflare affect things? And what’s the best way to ensure that nothing goes wrong?

Thanks in advance!

That’s a pretty normal setup around here.

Cloudflare will replace your host’s DNS (name servers), including all your host’s DNS records (you’ll need to verify this during setup). And then you’ll be good to go.
