Complete the instructions on the Overview page to activate your Cloudflare services.

What is the issue you’re encountering

activating my cloudflare services

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I tried to contact bluehost where I bought my domain to help me because what happened was I forgot to turn on auto renewal on my domain and therefore I didn’t renew and now that I repurchased it my site is no longer connected and they said I had ties with cloudflare

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNSSEC

That’s certainly a mess.

The domain is currently active in a Cloudflare account using these nameservers:

jermaine.ns.cloudflare.com
joyce.ns.cloudflare.com

However, the nameservers reported by the parent zone are these, it seems they were changed just a few minutes ago:

happyheartacademy.com. 172800 IN NS ns1.bluehost-default.domainparkingserver.net.
happyheartacademy.com. 172800 IN NS ns2.bluehost-default.domainparkingserver.net.
happyheartacademy.com. 172800 IN NS lilith.ns.cloudflare.com.
happyheartacademy.com. 172800 IN NS quentin.ns.cloudflare.com.
;; Received 447 bytes from 192.55.83.30#53(m.gtld-servers.net) in 32 ms

There is another Cloudflare account using these 2 nameservers.

What nameservers do you see assigned to your account on this page? https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns/records (select your domain)

You must make sure that only your assigned nameservers are set, no others.

It most def is a mess. Here’s what I am seeing on my end.

From your records, it looks like you are in the wrong Cloudflare account.
You can use that account, but you’d have do delete all the records you see there and re-create all the DNS records you need.

If you want to do that, just delete the Bluehost nameservers.

But I would recommend that you try regain access to your old Cloudflare account and change the nameservers back to jermaine.ns.cloudflare.com and joyce.ns.cloudflare.com for now.
