Can I get an official comment on why Cloudflare is allowing a single person to file false phishing reports against websites, leading to a phishing warning page being displayed on those sites, causing irreversible damage? This is now the second time this has happened to me in the space of 6 months, and each time, the report has been based on blatantly nonsensical claims, accusing my website of various abuses that, if reviewed by a human, would be found as untrue. It makes no sense why you are giving a single individual the power to do this to your customers, and while I have personally been only subjected to this abuse multiple times this year, posts in this community show that this type of behaviour has been happening for years. By all means, send reports to hosts and even display warning pages at times, but not based on a single, unchecked report, especially one that hasn’t been reviewed by someone with basic common sense. For me, it has turned out to be disgruntled forum users doing this - individuals who have been banned - filing these false phishing reports. However, it’s clear from reading other people’s complaints that this system is also being abused by competing websites too, because it’s that easy! The fact that you are allowing this to happen still is madness, and the system urgently needs to change.
