Try the suggestions in this Community Tip to report issues you encounter when using the WARP and WARP+ application(s) on your iOS or Android device.

If you encounter issues using the WARP or WARP+ mobile app, please report it via WARP itself, not on the Community nor via Customer Support.

Reporting WARP & WARP+ Issues

  1. If you experience issues while using the Cloudflare WARP, read the instructions in this Tip to report the issues to Cloudflare Engineering.

  2. In order to capture your issue completely, we recommend submitting a bug report from inside WARP/WARP+. By notifying us of the issues within WARP, our engineers will get the information they need to debug the issue more completely and more quickly in order to find the root cause faster.

  3. To file a bug report from within the app, either tap the bug :wbug: icon on the top of the homepage or simply shake your phone while using the app. After shaking or tapping the bug icon, follow the prompts to report a problem or to suggest an improvement. From there, our engineers will be able to investigate your issue further and will interact with you through the app.
