Hello I am trying to figure out why after logging in my community name is user8581 instead of associating with my account
The usernames are sometimes randomised if nothing is set, community usernames are not the same as account names. I see your account was created here more than a year ago so you will probably not be able to change your username yourself.
What do you want your username to be? One of the moderators should be able to take care of this for you.
