Comments on my site are no longer live

Since using cloudfare when a comment is posted on my site it doesn’t show up until the browser is cleared.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Thanks

May I ask you to check out what option have you got selected by navigating to the Cloudflare dashboard → Caching → Configuration → find section “Browser Cache TTL” and make sure the selected option from the dropdown menu is “Respect Existing Headers”.

Furthermore, from the same menu, click on the blue button saying “Purge Everything” to flush the cache at Cloudflare Edge, just in case.

Wait for a minute or two.

Refresh a page in your Web browser, otherwise try clearing your Web browser cache or use a different Web browser to test out again.

May I ask have you tried using a different Web browser, or tried clearing your Web browser cache?
How about using a Private window (Incognito mode) or a VPN connection if possible?
Is it the same behaviour on your mobile phone (4G LTE, mobile data, cellular)?

Thanks for the offering your help. I tried your suggestion changing to “Respect Existing Headers” and then purging, but still doesn’t work.

Tried firefox, chrome, and edge browsers. If I clear my web browser cache the comments will show, but my issue is that they don’t show instantly like they used to, so if someone wants to post a comment on my site they have to clear their browser cache to see it.

My site is currently integrated with “ezoic” as well so maybe that has something to do with it.

I appreciate your time, thank you.

Thank you for feedback information.

Thank you for mentioning this

If you’ve enabled and integrated Cloudflare for your domain name through eZoic interface, you should manage and update things using their interface.
Hopefully, you’re doing this that way, or some other? There are topics :search: around here about users having some issues with eZoic, when changing their settings and they being reverted back to the “old” ones.

Other thing which I could try to consider is Rocket Loader and/or Auto Minify (HTML, CSS, JS) which could somehow have an impact, if so, but I doubt (should be rather some cache).

Ok, Ezoic is no longer integrated with my site, but comments still don’t post live. Would “Browser Cache TTL” or “Caching Level” maybe be set wrong? I’m lost.
