Got it to work. deleted the domain in CF and added it. Not sure what went wrong before but strange error.

Hi ,
Follow these steps
- Go to Cloudflare DNS Manager ofcyberbitz.com.br and Add insights- in name and in content your host ip as shown in the screenshot
- Go to Control Panel go to addondomains and add the domain what you want to add and you;re done
Note- This only works if you can open control panel and file manager
If this doesn’t work follow sandro advice .
