Colleague used an app to change DNS settings. Would like to roll back

Our DNS settings has been changed via Entri by a colleague of mine without my permission, which has to be rolled back.

Is there a way to roll this back in hubspot? I checked the auditlogs and deleted the new entries, then added the old ones back but the website is still not working.

For this part, I believe you would have to ask HubSpot.

This one would be the correct steps.

  1. What domain?

  2. What exact error code(s)/message(s) do you see?

Step O. Remove the permission to you account for the user.
Step 1 …smack the colleague
Step 2… see step 1.
Step 3 revoke all api keys.
Update all apps that use existing API keys.
