Code 81054 & 4 hours of Googling does not fix it yet

Unable to add A record because of the code 81054 error.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I can add CNAME, but when I try to add A record, it gives me that error from the screenshot!

As the error suggests, a CNAME record with that name already exists. You need to delete it.

If you believe there is no CNAME record with name brandonbkim.com, can you show a screenshot of your DNS records?
