I would recommend testing directly to your origin web server to see if your server is correctly serving the site.

You can do this by updating your local host file to point directly to your web server IP address, and this will allow you to test the site taking Cloudflare of the equation and seeing how the page displays from your origin - https://www.howtogeek.com/27350/beginner-geek-how-to-edit-your-hosts-file/

I suspect once you do this test it will become evident of what the issue is and can work with your host/web server administrator to resolve any issues on your origin server.
