Code 1325 trying to add a payment method

It seems that some parts of cloudflare believe I already have a payment method, but others refuse to acknowledge that…So when trying to add services to my account, I’m told I have to add a payment method (new account, added today.) OK, so then indeed, no payment methods show up.

I click add, fill in either credit card or paypal details, then hit OK. And…i see this in the JSON response to https://dash.cloudflare.com/api/v4/accounts/<account_num_redacted>/payment-methods:

I’ve tried this numerous times, the card is fine, the paypal info is fine, the info is correct as given…The response from stripe shows as fine as well, and yet…Bleh, no joy.

This is super frustrating. Anybody know what might be going on?

To contact the billing team, please submit a new support request from your Cloudflare account directly through the Cloudflare dashboard. Visit https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support and choose Billing. Please share your ticket number here so that we can track it.

Thanks for sharing that. I submitted an escalation request. You should see a response here when a Cloudflare representative is working on it.
