Code 1292: Cloudflare doesn’t want my money

Hello,

I try to upgrade my account to PRO and pay for Cloudflare Wordpress APO.

However I can’t do neither of those things, nor can I change my billing settings in general. I get the error 1292, can’t change billing settings for security reasons. I already texted [email protected], but I’m getting no response.
