While attempting to upgrade the plan, getting error of code:1258 ‘Zone is not able to be upgraded at this time’ Have sent a ticket to billing ID but no response. I want this to be done on urgent basis as this will affect my business badly. Can someone please help me?
What is your ticket number?

We do as well and sorry for the trouble you encountered.
I cannot find a ticket for, nor any zones in, the account you are using here.
Please share the domain name that you are upgrading and let us know a ticket number associated with the account that owns that zone and my Billing & Registrar colleagues can assist.
