Code 1201 when adding billing information

I have tried adding my card to the payment method portal but am unable to add it. I verified the information is correct multiple times over and waited as well, but I could not add it with the same error code above given to me each time, with the exact error reading “There is an issue with the payment information entered. Review and try again. (Code: 1201)”
