What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I am unable to confirm domain verification of the domain ringwoodpipeband.co.uk. The whois lists as the domain owner, however I cannot receive the verification email to this address. I tried using Cloudflare Email Routing but this did not work. I then tried pointing domain to external email provider, (Fastmail), but this also failed. I have confirmed the email works; I can send and receive email to the email address, but the verification request is not received.

According to message from Cloudflare; the recipient of that email must verify the address by responding to the email before 2024-12-16. Failure to verify the email address prior to the response date may result in the domain being suspended. I am at risk of the domain being suspended because I cannot confirm verification. I don’t know what I am supposed to do further.

Hi there, it looks like the WHOIS contact email was in our suppression list due to multiple bounces, it should be all good now, could you try again?
