CNAME's has not yet propagated

Dears,

I have 5 CNAME entries in my DNS zone:

CNAME 8969932 is an alias of sendgrid.net
CNAME clickemailmkt is an alias of sendgrid.net
CNAME conteudo is an alias of pages.rdstation.com.br
CNAME s1._domainkey is an alias of s1.domainkey.u8969932.wl183.send
CNAME s2._domainkey is an alias of s2.domainkey.u8969932.wl183.send

I added the entries since saturday 01/12/2019 and has not yet propagated:

I already disabled the orange cloud and it still did not work.

Can you help me?
